You’ll receive immediate confirmation via SMS and email once your order is successfully placed, giving you peace of mind that your products are being prepared.
Our dedicated team immediately begins preparing your order with the same attention to detail we apply to every customer interaction. When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive another notification letting you know it’s time to head our way. Upon arrival at ESH Dispensary, simply check in with our security team who will guide you through our streamlined process. You’ll then proceed to any available budtender station, where we’ll complete your payment and hand over your carefully prepared order. Remember that orders are not finalized until payment is completed in-store, ensuring compliance with New York State regulations while maintaining flexibility for any last-minute adjustments you might want to make.
